1. Privacy at a Glance
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you. For detailed information on data protection, please refer to the full privacy policy below.
Data Collection on This Website
Who is responsible for data collection on this website? Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the "Responsible Entity" section of this privacy policy.
How do we collect your data? Your data is collected when you provide it to us, for example through the forms on this website, appointment bookings (e.g. via Calendly), or when you contact us (email, phone, WhatsApp). Other data is collected automatically or with your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system, or time of page access). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for? Some data is collected to ensure error-free operation of the website. Other data is processed to handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and carry out pre-contractual measures in the context of our brokerage activities.
What rights do you have regarding your data? You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data at any time and free of charge. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Analytics Tools and Third-Party Tools
We currently do not use any analytics or tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to evaluate your user behavior. If analytics or marketing tools are used in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and consent will be obtained if necessary.
2. Hosting
This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host. This may include IP addresses, website access data, and meta and communication data.
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If consent has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user's device. Consent can be revoked at any time.
We use the following host for this website: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. The pages are served from Vercel's Frankfurt region; because Vercel Inc. is based in the USA, a transfer of data to a country outside the EU/EEA cannot be ruled out. Such transfers are covered by Vercel's data processing addendum, including the EU standard contractual clauses. A copy of these safeguards can be requested from us.
The domain sa-real.de is administered via STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Strasse 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.
Where necessary, we have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the providers or ensure that processing is carried out in compliance with data protection regulations.
3. General Information and Required Disclosures
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by email or WhatsApp) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Responsible Entity
The entity responsible for data processing on this website is:
- Simranjeet Singh
- Reginharstr. 22
- 51429 Bergisch Gladbach
- Germany
- Phone: +49 178 6265463
- Email: info@sa-real.de
Storage Duration
Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. statutory retention periods). In the latter case, deletion will take place once those reasons no longer apply.
Legal Bases for Data Processing
If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If your data is required for contract fulfillment or for pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation, it is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Processing may also be based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients of Personal Data
In the course of our business activities, it may be necessary to transmit personal data to external entities, such as: service providers for email delivery, appointment and inquiry management (e.g. Brevo, Calendly, Typeform, Monday.com); communication service providers (e.g. WhatsApp); contractual partners in real estate brokerage (e.g. sellers, developers, notaries, banks), insofar as this is necessary for pre-contractual measures or contract fulfillment.
When data processors are used, data is shared on the basis of a corresponding agreement.
Your Rights
Revocation of consent: Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of data processing carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): If data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
Right to lodge a complaint: In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Right to data portability: You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Right to access, correction, and deletion: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data stored by us at any time.
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, provided the legal requirements are met.
SSL/TLS Encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.
4. Data Collection on This Website
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small data packets that do no harm to your device. We currently use only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website - on this site, a cookie that remembers the language you chose. If cookies are used that are not technically necessary, we will obtain your consent beforehand (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies on a case-by-case basis. Further detail is in our Cookie Policy.
Forms on This Website (Waiting List and Consultation Request)
If you use one of the forms on this website, we process the data you enter - first and last name, email address, phone number, the equity range you select, and the property the form relates to - in order to answer your inquiry and, in the case of the waiting list, to send you information about the property concerned.
The waiting list works on a double opt-in basis: after submitting the form you receive an email with a confirmation link, and you are only added to the list once you click it. This confirmation email is sent by Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köhlstrasse 10, 50827 Cologne, Germany), which also stores the contact data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
To protect the forms against automated abuse we use Vercel BotID, a bot detection service of our host Vercel Inc. It evaluates technical characteristics of the request (e.g. browser signals) and does not use this data to profile you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, for the waiting list emails, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given by confirming the link). You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to info@sa-real.de.
Contact via Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, your inquiry and all resulting personal data will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Communication via WhatsApp
We use WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business) for communication with interested parties and customers. Provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Communication may involve metadata (e.g. sender, recipient, time). Further details can be found in WhatsApp's privacy policy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fast communication) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, if consent is required.
5. Third-Party Tools
Brevo (Email and Waiting List)
We use Brevo to send the waiting list confirmation and subsequent property emails, and to store the associated contact data. Processed data includes name, email address, phone number, and the information you entered in the form. Provider: Sendinblue GmbH, Köhlstrasse 10, 50827 Cologne, Germany. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Calendly (Appointment Booking)
We use Calendly for scheduling appointments. Personal data such as name, email address, and appointment preferences are processed. Booking takes place on Calendly's own pages; this website only links to them. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Monday.com (CRM / Inquiry Management)
We use Monday.com for internal organization and management of inquiries, appointments, and customer processes. Contact details and conversation content you provide may be processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (efficient internal organization).
Instagram Embed (Click to Load)
One page of this website can display a video hosted on Instagram. The embed is not loaded automatically: nothing is requested from Instagram, and no data reaches Meta, until you actively click to load it. Clicking establishes a connection to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, which receives your IP address and can set cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG - the click is the consent, and it applies to that single page view.
6. Social Media
If we link to social media profiles on this website (e.g. Instagram), no data is automatically transferred to the platforms by simply linking. Only when you click the link do you leave our website and the privacy policies of the respective platform operator apply.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy if the legal situation or our tools change (e.g. use of tracking technologies or additional newsletter tools). The current version can always be found on this website.
