Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to site operators.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies that are required for the proper operation of this website. They do not collect any personal data for marketing or analytics purposes, and we do not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
3. Cookies This Website Sets
There is one: a cookie named sre_lang, set only if you explicitly switch language, which stores your choice ("de" or "en") for one year so that the site opens in that language next time. It contains nothing else.
Our bot protection (Vercel BotID) and our host may also set short-lived technical cookies or tokens where these are necessary to deliver the site and to protect the forms against automated abuse.
4. Third-Party Services
One page of this website can display a video hosted on Instagram. It is behind a click-to-load gate: until you click it, no request is sent to Instagram and no cookie can be set. If you do click it, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, subject to Meta's own privacy and cookie policies, over which we have no control.
Appointment booking takes place on Calendly's own pages, which this website only links to. Any cookies Calendly sets are governed by Calendly's cookie policy, not this one.
5. Managing Cookies
You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- view what cookies are stored and delete them individually;
- block third-party cookies;
- block cookies from specific sites;
- block all cookies;
- delete all cookies when you close the browser.
6. Consent
Because this website sets no cookies that require consent, no cookie banner is shown. The only point at which consent is needed is the Instagram embed described above, and there the click to load it is the consent - given per page view, and never presumed in advance.
7. Legal Basis
Essential cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TDDDG). For any non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this page regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at: Sandeep Real Estate, Email: info@sa-real.de, Phone: +49 178 6265463.
